Abstract

E - learning is a tool which has the potential to enhance and support the traditional education method. This paper present and design the novel approach for the e - learning video on demand service using the new innovating technology, cloud computing. For providing the fast down l oading and uploading of videos, high security to the data, less consumption of band width proposed approach using the dynamic chunk size method.
