A compact handheld wireless communication devices has grown significantly. Microstrip Meander slot antenna is mostly utilized in modern wireless communication devices mainly because of their small size. In this review paper a survey is conducted on design and techniques used in meander slot antenna by numerous authors for designing of a miniature, efficient, affordable, low profile compact meander slot antenna for multiband wireless application. Meander Slot insertion causes size reduction which increases the bandwidth and return loss.
