Abstract
The goal of this project was to design the systems and algorithms necessary to allow a quad-copter to locate and land on a station target. Quad copter is like a helicopter it can take off , land, move forward, backward, left, right. This we can do by controlling the speed of four motors. We can operate quad-copter in dangerous locations where human being is unable to go or either operate at safe distance. We design our quad copter for correctly determining the location of target while hovering and then land when above the target. The basic quad-copter design is modified such that it cannot only land near the target site but also ride near the target with the wheels provided.
