Abstract
This paper deals with the RF (Radio Frequency) MEMS (Micro - Electro - Mechanical - System) phase shifter characteristics and importance in the wireless communication system. Also explains the different types of RF Phase shifters using different devices like PIN Diodes and Field - Effect - Transistors. It also helps to explain different types of analysis to check the performance of RF phase shifter graphically to show how Pull - in voltage affects on the tip deflection of the switch
